Our vision is to embrace design, construction and maintenance as a process which has the potential to inspire new appreciation of a given place, and to create lasting connections between people, their community and the environment.

About Cathleen

Award-Winning SEDE Model Curriculum

"SEDE - Sustainable Environmental Design Education project was an innovative curriculum project funded through the California Integrated Waste Management Board designed to develop a hybrid undergraduate professional degree program that combined concepts, tools, and topics from the disciplines of architecture and landscape architecture. Cathy Corlett was instrumental in developing the roadmap for this educational model which was way before its time. A true model for interdisciplinary collaboration!" - Professor Margot McDonald

More About Cathleen

I love hiking and cross country skiing, and feel at home in wild places.  Maybe that's because I grew up in Colorado and lived at 9,500' as a teenager!

My favorite nut-bearing tree is the single-leaf pinyon pine. (pinus monophylla).
